Winter Family Weekend 2025 February 28 + March 1

Cushing is pleased to welcome parents, grandparents, siblings, and friends to enjoy the full Cushing experience at Winter Family Weekend. In order to not miss out on any of the festivities, please plan on joining us beginning Friday morning, February 28th. There is a full schedule of events that runs through Saturday, March 1st.

This registration form does not include every event during the weekend but does include meals — for which we need a headcount. You are welcome to attend all events on campus throughout the weekend.

Please be aware that in order to schedule meetings with teachers, advisors, or college counselors (Juniors only), you will be using our Pick-a-Time module. A link to schedule these appointments will be available roughly two weeks before the Winter Family Weekend.

Weekend Highlights

Class visits. Sit in on abbreviated versions of your student’s classes on Friday to get a sense of academic life at Cushing.

Meetings with teachers and advisors. Schedule appointments with the people at Cushing who work with your student every day. (Appointments will open to registered families about two weeks prior to February 28. College Counseling appointments are for families of juniors only.)

Enjoy meals with students and faculty in our bustling dining commons.

Parent Reception with Head of School and Art Show. Meet fellow parents and marvel at the talent of Cushing’s student artists for an adults-only gathering.

Athletics. Cheer the Penguins on at their home matches!
