150th Anniversary of Cushing Baseball

On May 13, 1876, the Cushing Academy baseball team played its first-ever game against the Gardner Clippers, launching a proud and enduring tradition. Join us on Saturday, May 9, 2026, as we commemorate this historic milestone when Cushing hosts Worcester Academy.

We invite alumni, families, and friends to celebrate together. The afternoon will feature a brief pregame program honoring this legacy and recognizing those who have helped shape it over the years. To add to the festivities, the school’s food truck, The Raft, will be on site serving classic ballpark favorites, creating a fun and nostalgic game-day atmosphere for all to enjoy!

If you are attending, please plan to arrive around 11:45 am, if possible.
